David Freedman

Dave Freedman, born in 1966, is an American novelist and former Wall Street financial executive who left a million-dollar career to pursue writing full-time, moving into his parents' basement to focus on his craft. He holds a B.S. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and lives in Southern California with his wife. His debut novel, Natural Selection, was published by Hyperion in 2006 after a six-figure deal.
