David E. Bell
David E. Bell was a U.S. government official who served in the Bureau of the Budget and the White House from 1945 to 1953, and later became Director of the Bureau of the Budget from 1961 to 1962. He also served as administrator of the Agency for International Development and later as Executive Vice President of the Ford Foundation.[2][4]
