David Cooperrider
David Cooperrider is an American organizational theorist and professor at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, widely known as a founder of Appreciative Inquiry with Suresh Srivastva. His work focuses on strength-based organizational change, positive organizational scholarship, and business as an agent of world benefit.[3][4]
