David C. Metz MD
David C. Metz, MD (MBBCh), is a gastroenterologist and Professor Emeritus of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where he served for 28 years until his retirement in July 2021[1][2][3]. He directed the Acid Peptic Disorders Specialty Program, co-directed the Neuroendocrine Tumor Center, and held leadership roles including president of the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (NANETS) from 2016-2018[1][2][3][5].
