David Berke

Dave Berke, also known as David 'Chip' Berke, is a retired US Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel, TOPGUN instructor, and F/A-18 pilot with over 2,800 flight hours who deployed in support of combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.[1][2][3] He served as Training Officer at TOPGUN and now works as Chief Development Officer at Echelon Front, delivering leadership training and speaking engagements.[1][2][4] Berke is the author of 'The Need to Lead,' applying his military experience to modern leadership principles.[5]
