David Armitage

David Armitage is a British historian specializing in intellectual and international history, currently serving as the Lloyd C. Blankfein Professor of History at Harvard University. He has authored influential works such as 'The Ideological Origins of the British Empire' and 'The Declaration of Independence: A Global History', and previously chaired Harvard's History Department.
