David A Kelly

David A. Kelly Jr., J.D., is an associate professor and the program manager of the U.S. Naval War College's Non-Resident Graduate Degree Program since 2010. He joined the faculty of the College of Naval Warfare and is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law.
