Daniel P. Dalton

Daniel P. Dalton is a founding member of Dalton & Tomich, PLC, leading a nationally recognized practice in land use, zoning, and religious property litigation, representing churches and religious schools in complex disputes across the U.S.[1] He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Land Use and Zoning since 2008 and one of Michigan's Leaders in the Law in 2010.[1][3] Based in Detroit, Michigan, he is known for his strategic insight and litigation skills.[2]
