Daniel Odier

Daniel Robert Odier is a Swiss author, screenwriter, and spiritual teacher born in Geneva in 1945. He is known by the pen name Delacorta and is best recognized for his crime novel series featuring the characters Alba and Gorodish, with his novel Diva adapted into an acclaimed 1981 film. He is also a prolific writer on Eastern religious traditions, particularly Kashmir Shaivism and Tantra, having studied with Kalu Rinpoche from 1968 until the teacher's death in 1989.
