Daniel Leader

Daniel Leader is an American artisan bread baker, entrepreneur, and author best known as the founder of Bread Alone Bakery, which he started in 1983 in the Catskill Mountains of New York. He has written several books on bread, including 'Bread Alone,' 'Local Breads,' 'Simply Great Breads,' 'Panini Express,' and 'Living Bread.'
