Daniel J Lathrope

Daniel J. Lathrope is a Distinguished E.L. Wiegand Professor of Law at the University of San Francisco School of Law, specializing in taxation law. He holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is the co-author of several taxation casebooks and the author of treatises on the alternative minimum tax and comparative income taxation, with over 47 years of experience in legal education.
