Danesha Seth Carley

Danesha Seth Carley is an Associate Professor in the Department of Horticultural Science at North Carolina State University, where she serves as Director of the NSF Center for Integrated Pest Management (CIPM) and the Center of Excellence for Regulatory Science in Agriculture. Her research and outreach focus on sustainable managed landscapes, particularly insect pollinator habitat conservation in gardens and public green spaces, and she coordinates North Carolina's IPM program. She is the author of 'Pollinator Gardening for the South: Creating Sustainable Habitats' (UNC Press, 2021) and has a forthcoming book on community gardening.
