Dale L Walker

Dale L. Walker (1935–2015) was an American author, editor, novelist, historian, and journalist specializing in Western literature. He worked as a freelance writer from 1960, reporter at KTSM-TV (1962–1966), director of News-Information at University of Texas at El Paso (1966–1993), and director of Texas Western Press (1985–1993), earning multiple Spur Awards from the Western Writers of America.
