Dale Crain

Ricky Dale Crain was a prominent American weightlifter and author, known as one of the top lightweight lifters of his era with five world championships and ten national championships. He was born in 1953 in Bogalusa, Louisiana, and authored three books on squats and deadlifts, including works on knee wraps. Crain was inducted into the Powerlifting Hall of Fame in 2000, a prestigious honor.
