Daisann McLane
Daisann McLane is an award-winning travel writer, photographer, and entrepreneur who served as a contributing editor for National Geographic Traveler Magazine and wrote the 'Frugal Traveler' column for The New York Times for six years, reporting from over 40 countries. A five-time winner of the Society of American Travel Writers' Lowell Thomas award, her book Cheap Hotels (Taschen) won the Gold Award for best American travel book of 2003. In 2009, she founded Little Adventures in Hong Kong, a bespoke food walk company offering curated cultural and culinary experiences.
