Cyril J Barber

Cyril J. Barber was a South African-born pastor, theologian, and author who served as pastor emeritus of Plymouth Church in Whittier, California, and as a visiting professor in biblical studies at Talbot Theological Seminary.[1][2] He authored over 30 books, including commentaries, The Minister’s Library, God Has the Answer, and Introduction to Theological Research.[1][8] Barber held advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Ministries from Talbot Theological Seminary, and worked as a retired pastoral counselor and professor.[3][5]
