Cynthia R. Cook

Cynthia R. Cook is a senior fellow in the Defense and Security Department at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where she directs the Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group. Before joining CSIS in 2021, she was a senior management scientist at the RAND Corporation, focusing on defense acquisition, industrial base, and technology policy issues.
