Cynthia Jones PhD

Dr. Cynthia Jones is a professor at Marshall University School of Pharmacy, where she earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a concentration in Pharmaceutics from Florida A&M University. Her doctoral research focused on the cellular and molecular effects of transition metal drug complexes on acute lymphocytic leukemia, and her current interests include metabolic disorders leading to obesity and Type 2 Diabetes.[1]
