Costas Katsigris

Costas Katsigris was an American educator and author known for his work in hospitality, restaurant management, and beverage service education. He coauthored textbooks such as The Bar and Beverage Book and Design and Equipment for Restaurants and Foodservice, which have been widely used in culinary and hospitality programs. He also taught at the University of North Texas and contributed to the development of food service education programs in Texas.
