Constance Bantman
Constance Bantman is a Senior Lecturer in French and Head of Literature and Languages at the University of Surrey, specializing in the history of the French anarchist movement from 1870 to 1939, with a focus on transnational networks, print culture, and radical publishing. She is the author of 'The French Anarchists in London, 1880-1914' (2013) and is currently researching a biography of the writer and newspaper editor Jean Grave. A graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Lyon (1998), she holds an Agrégation (2001) and a PhD (2007).[1][2][3][7]
