Colin Harding

Colin Harding is a Cambridge University graduate with honours in Modern Languages (German and French) who worked for a major British company before founding Scotia Philately 31 years ago, driven by his passion for rare stamps, philately, and paper antiques.[1] He previously served as president of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and authored 'Integrated Design & Construction – Single Responsibility: A Code of Practice' published by Wiley Blackwell.[2] Additionally, he has written numerous books including 'Classic Cameras,' 'Persona Non Grata: A Memoir of Disenchantment with the Cuba,' and titles such as 'Frontier Patrols' and 'In Remotest Barotseland.'[3][6]
