Colin Garratt

Colin Garratt was a British photographer, author, and publisher renowned for his work capturing images of late-surviving steam railway engines around the world using his Praktica camera.[1][3][4] He founded Milepost 92½ and contributed significantly to railway heritage literature and photography.[1] Garratt passed away at the age of 78, prompting tributes from the railway sector.[1]
