Clive Gifford is a British journalist and award-winning author who has published over 180 books translated into more than 25 languages, along with over 800 features and stories for both children and adults.[2][3] He specializes in non-fiction across diverse topics including science, history, language, and sport, and is known for working in both fiction and non-fiction genres.[2][3] Based in Manchester, UK, his books have won numerous prestigious awards including the Royal Society Young People's Book Prize and Blue Peter Book Awards.[3]
