Cindy Jenson-Elliott is an author, credentialed teacher, and environmental educator who has written 18 nonfiction books for children. Her work focuses on science, nature, and biography, with notable titles including 'The Doomsday Detectives: How Walter and Luis Alvarez Solved the Mystery of Dinosaur Extinction' and 'Weeds Find a Way,' which won multiple awards including the American Library Association Notable Book designation.
