Christy Jordan-Fenton ,

Christy Jordan-Fenton is an Indigenous author and activist best known for co-writing four award-winning children’s books about her Inuvialuk mother-in-law Margaret Pokiak-Fenton’s experiences in an Indian Residential School. She has also published poetry, short stories, and creative nonfiction, and lives with her three children in Fort St. John, British Columbia.
