Christopher Tolkien

Christopher John Reuel Tolkien was an English writer, academic, and editor best known for editing and publishing much of his father J. R. R. Tolkien’s posthumous work, including The Silmarillion and The History of Middle-earth. He also drew the original maps for The Lord of the Rings and later lived in France, where he became a French citizen.
