Christopher Paolini

Christopher Paolini is an American and Italian author best known for The Inheritance Cycle, a fantasy series consisting of Eragon (2002), Eldest (2005), Brisingr (2008), and Inheritance (2011), which has sold nearly 40 million copies worldwide. He began writing Eragon at age 15 and was recognized by Guinness World Records as the youngest author of a bestselling book series. In addition to his fantasy works, he has also written science fiction novels including To Sleep in a Sea of Stars (2020) and Fractal Noise (2023).
