Christopher Lovelock

Christopher Lovelock (1940–2008) was a pioneering British academic and author in the field of Services Marketing, known for his influential textbooks, over 100 teaching cases, and 20 books. He held faculty positions at Harvard Business School, Yale School of Management, and Stanford University, and was a recipient of multiple awards for his contributions to marketing education and the services discipline.
