Christine Ammer
Christine Ammer (1931–2025) was an Austrian-born American author and former producer known for her extensive works on language, music, and business, including the influential book 'Unsung: A History of Women in American Music.' She authored over three dozen books, primarily focusing on words, idioms, and the history of women in music, and served as a producer at KLAS-TV's 8 News NOW.
