Christian Jussel

Chris Jussel is a prominent antiques dealer specializing in English antique furniture, clocks, and decorative arts from the 17th to 19th centuries, with over 50 years in the field as owner of Vernay & Jussel in London and New York, established in 1906.[1][2][4] He hosted the original PBS series Antiques Roadshow for its first four seasons until 2000, later serving as senior vice president at Sotheby’s until 2004 and as an advisor to Invaluable since 2016.[3][7] Jussel authored contributions to English Furniture 1680-1760 and runs his own appraisal and advisory firm while lecturing and serving on the IRS Art Advisory Panel.[3][8]
