Chris Ying

Chris Ying is a writer, editor, and food industry professional known for serving as editor in chief of the influential food magazine Lucky Peach and co-hosting The Dave Chang Show. He is the coauthor of cookbooks including Ivan Ramen and The Mission Chinese Food Cookbook, and a founder of the nonprofit Zero Foodprint. Ying previously worked as a designer, editor, and publisher at McSweeney's before leading Lucky Peach and currently lives in San Francisco with his wife, Jami.
