Chris Voss

Christopher 'Chris' Voss is a former FBI lead international kidnapping negotiator who handled over 150 cases before retiring in 2007 and founding The Black Swan Group in 2008, where he serves as CEO.[2][1] He is the co-author of the bestselling book *Never Split the Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It* and teaches as an adjunct professor at Harvard Law School, Georgetown University, and USC.[2][3] Voss is renowned for applying hostage negotiation tactics to business and everyday scenarios.[1][6]
