Chris Strom

Chris Strom is a retired United States Marine, Iraqi War veteran, and former sergeant in the NYPD Intelligence Division, renowned as one of the top interrogators who extracted intelligence from New York City's toughest criminals over more than 20 years until his retirement in 2006. Post-retirement, he served in Iraq as part of the elite Phoenix counter-insurgency team, responding to IED explosions and gathering intel from captured terrorists. He co-authored the book 'Brooklyn to Baghdad: An NYPD Intelligence Cop Fights Terror in Iraq' with Jerome Preisler and Michael Benson, detailing his frontline experiences.
