Chris Schlesinger

Chris Schlesinger is a Boston-based chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author known for his focus on grilling and barbecue. He coauthored multiple cookbooks, including the James Beard Award-winning *The Thrill of the Grill*, and sold his Cambridge restaurant East Coast Grill in 2012 to focus on writing and food experimentation.[1][3][5]
