Chris Bohjalian
Chris Bohjalian is an American novelist of Armenian descent, #1 New York Times bestselling author of over 25 books including Midwives, The Sandcastle Girls, The Guest Room, and The Flight Attendant, with works translated into more than 35 languages and several adapted into films and TV series.[1][2][5] He is also a playwright and former columnist for The Burlington Free Press, having graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Amherst College.[2] Bohjalian lives in Vermont with his wife, photographer Victoria Blewer, and explores themes like historical events, social issues, and thrillers in his literary and historical fiction.[6][2]
