Chin Long Chiang

Chin Long Chiang was a Taiwanese-American statistician and professor best known for his work in biostatistics, public health statistics, and probability theory. He taught at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was associated with the Department of Statistics, and is remembered as a pioneer in the application of statistical methods to medical and public-health research.[1][12][13]
