Cheryl Wall

Cheryl A. Wall was a distinguished professor of English at Rutgers University and a leading scholar of African-American literature, particularly the Harlem Renaissance and women writers. She authored influential works including 'Women of the Harlem Renaissance' (1995) and 'Worrying the Line: Black Women Writers, Lineage, and Literary Tradition' (2005), and served as the Board of Governors Zora Neale Hurston Distinguished Professor of English.
