Chef AJ is a renowned culinary expert, author, and advocate for plant-based nutrition with over four decades of experience in the food industry.[1] She overcame obesity and food addiction by adopting a whole-food, plant-based diet and has since become one of America's leading voices on weight management, helping thousands of people transition to healthier lifestyles through cooking demonstrations, workshops, and published works.[1][6] She was inducted into the Vegetarian Hall of Fame in 2018 and hosts the television series Healthy Living with Chef AJ on Foody TV.[4]
