Charlotte Guest
Lady Charlotte Guest (1812–1895) was an English aristocrat, linguist, translator, and businesswoman best known for publishing the first modern printed edition of the Mabinogion, a foundational collection of medieval Welsh prose tales. She also managed interests in the Dowlais Ironworks, was an active philanthropist and collector, and later became known as Lady Charlotte Schreiber after her second marriage.
