Charles Wright

Charles Wright (born 1935) is an American poet known for lyric, image-rich verse that often explores nature, memory, life and death, and the spiritual life. He won major honors including the National Book Award and Pulitzer Prize, and served as U.S. Poet Laureate from 2014 to 2015.
