Charles S., III Bullock
Charles S. Bullock III (born July 22, 1942) is the Richard B. Russell Professor of political science and Josiah Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professor at the University of Georgia School of Public and International Affairs, where he has taught since 1968. An expert in Southern politics, legislative politics, elections, and electoral systems, he has authored or co-authored over 40 books and 250 articles, including recent works like 'Redistricting: The Most Political Activity in America' (2nd ed., 2021). Since 1977, he has directed the Georgia Legislative Internship Program and consulted on redistricting litigation in multiple states.[1][2][4]
