Charles Robert Ashbee

Charles Robert Ashbee (1863–1942) was an English architect, designer, silversmith, and art theoretician who became a leading figure in the Arts and Crafts Movement. He was influential as a writer, organizer, and social reformer, and his work included metalwork, furniture, jewellery, textile design, and interior design.
