Charles P. Kindleberger
Charles P. Kindleberger was an American economic historian and international economist known for his work on financial crises, speculative bubbles, and the international monetary system. He taught at MIT and helped develop hegemonic stability theory, and he authored more than 30 books, including *Manias, Panics, and Crashes*.
