Charles L Black Jr.

Charles Lund Black Jr. (1915–2001) was a prominent American constitutional law scholar who taught at Yale and Columbia Law Schools from 1947 to 1999. He played a key role in the Brown v. Board of Education case, helping to end school segregation, and authored influential works like Impeachment: A Handbook during the Watergate scandal.[1][2][4]
