Charles J Sykes

Charles J. Sykes, born November 11, 1954, in Seattle, Washington, is an American author, journalist, and conservative commentator known for his work on education, politics, and media. He hosted a top-rated radio show on WTMJ in Milwaukee from 1993 to 2016, served as editor-in-chief of The Bulwark from 2018 to 2024, and has contributed to NBC, MSNBC, and publications like The New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Author of books including Profscam, A Nation of Victims, and How the Right Lost Its Mind, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a BA in English.
