Charles Howard McIlwain

Charles Howard McIlwain was an American historian, medievalist, and political scientist known for his work on constitutional history and Anglo-American political thought. He taught at Princeton, Harvard, Oxford, Miami University, and Bowdoin College, and won the Pulitzer Prize for History for his book "The American Revolution: A Constitutional Interpretation."
