Charles Hampden-Turner

Charles Hampden-Turner is a British management philosopher, organizational theorist, and business consultant known for pioneering dilemma theory and for his work on corporate culture and cross-cultural management. He co-founded the Trompenaars-Hampden-Turner consulting group with Fons Trompenaars and has been affiliated with the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School since 1990.
