Charles E Morgan III

Charles E. Morgan III is an American forensic psychiatrist, neuroscientist, and author known for his extensive research on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress effects on cognition, and military performance, with over 100 peer-reviewed papers.[1][2][3] He has served as a faculty member at Yale University School of Medicine and is currently an Associate Professor of National Security Studies at the University of New Haven's Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences.[1][2][5] Morgan has also worked with U.S. Special Operations Command, the CIA, and authored mystery books including 'The Case of the Carrier Pigeon'.[3][4]
