Charles Clayton

Charles Clayton Morrison was an American Disciples of Christ minister, editor, lecturer, and writer best known for leading *The Christian Century* into national prominence as a voice of liberal Protestantism. He was also active in ecumenical and anti-war efforts and helped support the formation of the World Council of Churches.
