Charles Berlitz
Charles Frambach Berlitz was an American polyglot, linguist, and author renowned for his language-learning courses and books on paranormal phenomena, including the bestselling 'The Bermuda Triangle,' which sold over 10 million copies.[1][2][3] Grandson of Berlitz language school founder Maximilian Berlitz, he studied linguistics at Yale, worked in the family business developing language materials, and later explored mysteries like Atlantis and the Bermuda Triangle.[2][4] He died in 2003 at age 90.[1][2]
